Introduction to International Moral Court and International Credit Dispute Trial

1. Establishment and composition of the International Moral Court
On January 16, 2010, the World Credit Organization [WCO] internally established the International Moral Court [IMC] to represent the World Credit Organization [WCO] in the trial of various credit disputes based on the complainant’s complaint. On July 9, 2020, the World Credit Organization [WCO] established the International Court of Ethics [IMC] with independent legal personality in the US state of Delaware.
The purpose and mission of the International Court of Ethics: abide by and use the principles of procedural justice, resolve various disputes, and maintain the moral bottom line and universal values of humanity, such as integrity, freedom, democracy, equality, fraternity, forgiveness, rewarding good and punishing evil.
The establishment of the International Court of Ethics is stipulated in the Articles of Association of the World Credit Organization [WCO]. It is independent of the Council and the President and exercises independent jurisdiction. It is one of the three divisions of governance power of the World Credit Organization [WCO].
The International Court of Ethics is divided into the International Court of Ethics of first instance, the International Court of Ethics of second instance, and the Supreme International Court of Ethics.
The first-instance International Moral Court and the second-instance International Moral Court are composed of the president, trial committee and jury; the supreme International Moral Court is composed of the supervisory board.
The President of the International Court of Ethics of the first instance and the President of the International Court of Ethics of the second instance are elected by all adjudicators, and each term of office is two years.
The President of the Supreme International Court of Ethics is selected by all supervisors and is appointed for a term of four years.
2. Trial of international credit disputes
The International Credit Dispute Trial refers to the credit service for the review and determination of disputes by the International Moral Court. It is a credit service innovated by the World Credit Organization [WCO] based on the common law system. The applicable standard is: "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System International Credit Dispute Review Standard. The establishment of the International Moral Court and its trial procedures comply with the principles and practices of the common law system. For matters that are unclear in the trial standard, refer to the relevant practices of the common law courts.
3. About the jurisdiction of the International Moral Court
The trial of cases by the International Court of Ethics is based on the spirit of freedom of the Constitution (the Constitution gives people the freedom to maintain social justice) and the principle of public order and good customs of the law (the legal principle gives people the right to maintain social justice). According to this principle, the World Credit Organization [ WCO] has the right to evaluate the behavior of any social subject based on the identified facts and to require them to bear corresponding legal and social responsibilities. Of course, the World Credit Organization [WCO] should bear legal responsibility and corresponding consequences for its unfair evaluation or wrong request.
Based on the above reasons, the International Moral Court starts the hearing procedure according to the complainant’s request, regardless of whether the accused responds or not, it will not affect the application and enforcement of the hearing standard. The accused should not sue, which will increase the cost of the accused's evidence collection and the trial cost of the International Moral Court, but may also make the accused lose the opportunity to eliminate misunderstandings or enhance understanding and obtain understanding.
4. The basis of the ruling of the International Moral Court
The International Court of Ethics, in accordance with the facts, in accordance with the principles of universal human values, ICE8000 standards, international norms, international practices, the law (or applicable law agreed upon by the parties) and contract provisions, follows the principles of fairness and reasonableness, upholds justice and conscience, and is independent Make a fair decision.
Because the World Credit Organization [WCO] is registered in the United States, and the ICE8000 system is also based on the common law system. Therefore, the International Court of Ethics abides by the principles and practices of the common law system, and matters that are unclear in the trial standard refer to the relevant practices of the common law court.
The International Court of Ethics strictly abides by and firmly upholds the principle of pursuing substantive justice through procedural justice (that is, pursuing the purpose of justice by means of justice), and in accordance with this principle, strives to guarantee the bottom line of social justice and the bottom line of social morality.
