1. Case filing review fee

Note: The fee is paid when applying for registration. No matter whether the result of the trial is in line with the applicant's wishes or whether the case is filed or not, the fee will not be refunded. 2. Trial Fees

2.1 When the case is filed for trial, if the party chooses not to pay the fees in advance but pays the fees after the trial results are issued, the fee shall be paid at 12.5% of the subject amount of the dispute.

2.2 If the party chooses not to pay the trial fees when the case is filed or after the trial results are issued, but pays the fees after the trial results are implemented, the fee shall be 26.5% of the subject amount in dispute.

2.3 When the case is filed for trial or after the trial results are issued, if the parties choose to pre-submit the trial, they shall pay according to the following table:

Trial costs for third and second instance cases

It is charged at 50% of the trial costs of the first-instance case, and the method of pre-payment and payment is the same as the method of pre-payment and payment of the trial costs of the first-instance case.

Trial fees for fourth and third instance cases

It will be charged at 30% of the trial costs of the first-instance case, and the method of pre-payment and payment is similar to that of the pre-payment and payment of the trial costs of the first-instance case.

5. Other expenses

Expenses incurred during the trial due to document delivery, appraisal, announcement, inspection, translation, appraisal, auction, sale, warehousing, safekeeping, transportation, investigation, witness appearance, etc. shall be borne by the parties according to who claims and who bears the expenses.
