Special Credit Repair Program

1. If the following conditions are met at the same time, the special credit repair procedure is applicable:

1. The victim is not specific, specific or has no clear contact information;

2. There are more than 100 victims.

2. Special Credit Repair Procedure:

(1) Application. The dishonest person submits a credit restoration application to the ICE8000 credit agency and provides relevant supporting materials.

(2) The dishonest person issues an apology announcement to make a public apology. The ICE8000 credit agency determines the content of the public apology, the media for the announcement, and the number of announcements based on the distribution of the victims. The number of announcements is more than three times, and the interval between each apology of the dishonest person should be more than 30 days.

(3) Within 180 days after the first public apology, if there is no aggrieved person who clearly expresses not to forgive the dishonest person, it is deemed that all the aggrieved persons have forgiven the dishonest person. If there is an aggrieved person who expressly expressly refuses to forgive the dishonest person, the dishonest person should sign an understanding agreement with the aggrieved person. After signing the understanding agreement, it is deemed that all the victims have forgiven the dishonest person.

(4) Announcement. ICE8000 Credit Agency writes the "Investigation Report on Credit Restoration" and publishes it on the World Credit Organization [WCO] website for 30 days.

(5) Sampling survey and objection survey.

1. If someone raises an objection during the publicity period, the ICE8000 credit institution shall investigate the objection. The victim who raises an objection during the publicity period still has the right to request to sign an understanding agreement with the dishonest person, but the understanding agreement should be fair and consistent with the previous understanding agreement signed by the dishonest person. If the victim refuses to sign the agreement, it is deemed to have waived the relevant rights, and it is still deemed that all the victims have forgiven the dishonest person.

2. No matter whether someone raises an objection or not, the ICE8000 credit institution shall conduct a random sampling survey on the proof materials such as the agreement of understanding at a rate of no less than 30%.

(6) Result announcement.

1. After investigation, if it is found that the certification materials provided by the dishonest person are untrue, the restoration fails and an announcement is made. The dishonest person can resubmit the repair application.

2. After investigation, if it is not found that the certification materials provided by the dishonest person are false, the restoration is successful and an announcement is made.
