Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II Practice Principles and Professional Ethics

2.6 Practicing International Credit Manager [ICM] should know or ought to know that other ICE8000 credit institutions or international credit practitioners are illegal or irregular, and should report and provide relevant information to the World Credit Organization [WCO].

When the World Credit Organization [WCO] investigates suspected violations or violations, any informed or well-informed practicing international credit manager [ICM] should actively cooperate and provide relevant information truthfully.

2.7 Practicing International Credit Manager [ICM] may not introduce customers to other credit institutions or privately introduce their clients to other credit institutions without the consent of their respective units.

3.2 The legal knowledge that the International Credit Manager [ICM] must have:

Chapter IV Qualification Examination and Qualification Certificate

4.1 In order to ensure that those who participate in the International Credit Management [ICM] Qualifying Examination have the willingness to be honest, those who sign up for the International Credit Management [ICM] Qualifying Examination should obtain the credit status of [Established Individual].

4.2 The International Credit Management [ICM] Qualifying Examination is the responsibility of the World Credit Organization [WCO]. Applicants can voluntarily participate in various types of training organized by relevant institutions before the examination, but participation in training is not a necessary condition for registration.

4.3 The focus of all test questions is determined by the requirements of Chapters 2 and 3.

4.4 The International Credit Management [ICM] Qualification Examination is divided into two examination papers, one of which is the credit knowledge and ability test; the other is the basics of economics, law, and management. The qualified scores of each subject are determined by the World Credit Organization [WCO] according to the proposition. Chapter V Practice Registration and Practice Certificate

5.1 Personnel who have obtained the International Credit Management [ICM] qualification certificate shall apply for internship registration to the World Credit Organization [WCO] through their unit when practicing in the ICE8000 credit institution, and the internship practice certificate shall be issued by the World Credit Organization [WCO] after registration. After one year of internship, after passing the examination of the unit, apply to the World Credit Organization [WCO] for formal practice registration, and the World Credit Organization [WCO] will issue a formal practice certificate.

Those who have obtained the International Credit Management [ICM] qualification certificate have the right to apply for internship registration to the World Credit Organization [WCO] when they engage in credit business outside the above-mentioned units, and the internship practice certificate is issued by the World Credit Organization [WCO] after registration. After one year of internship, the World Credit Organization [WCO] passed the examination and the World Credit Organization [WCO] issued a formal practice certificate.

5.2 If the International Credit Manager [ICM] first applies for practice registration, or re-applies for practice registration after one year of suspension during the practice period, a conscience oath shall be made.

Chapter VI Annual Inspection and Continued Learning

6.1 The International Credit Manager [ICM]'s practice certificate is tested annually.

6.2 Practicing International Credit Manager [ICM] should strengthen learning, timely and proactively update credit and other knowledge to meet the needs of work. The World Credit Organization [WCO] prepares continuing learning materials on a regular or irregular basis as needed. The practicing international credit manager [ICM] shall self-learn the relevant courses and participate in the continuing study examinations. Those who fail to participate in the continuing study examination or fail the examination shall not be allowed to register or suspend their practice status.

6.3 Continue to study the exam is generally carried out in the form of an open book. For the open book exam, the pass score is not less than 85% of the total score.

Chapter VII Integrity Impact Score

7.1 Integrity influence refers to the ability to influence the integrity of the enterprise (including other units, but not including natural persons). The influence of integrity reflects the professional ability of a credit teacher to a certain extent.

7.2 Integrity impact scoring standards are as follows: Before June 30, 2015, according to its credit service income, 1 point per 1000 yuan. After July 1, 2015, each contracted a perennial integrity management consultant unit, according to the member's membership level points, temporary members 1 point; junior members 100 points; intermediate members 1000 points; senior members 10,000 points.

7.3 Integrity influence points are accumulated over a long period of time. When the International Credit Manager [ICM] changes the practice unit, the points are still valid.

Chapter VIII Liability for breach of contract and dispute resolution

8.1 If the party violates the provisions of this standard, it shall bear the following liability for breach of contract:

(1) The corresponding legal liability, namely: the legal punishment prescribed by the relevant applicable law.

(2) Corresponding credit responsibility, that is, to bear credit punishments such as internal complaints, public complaints, credit warnings, internal exposure, public exposure, joint exposure, etc.

(3) The corresponding industry self-discipline responsibility, namely: announcement of criticism, fines, cancellation of credit card, prohibition of self-discipline and other disciplines.

(4) If the breach of contract causes losses (including material damage and mental damage) to others, it shall be liable for compensation. If the breach of contract constitutes a malicious dishonesty, it shall also make punitive damages to the infringed person in accordance with international practice and the principle of common law.

8.2 Method of investigation of liability for breach of contract:

(1) According to the "ICS8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Public Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Credit Warning Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Exposure Standard" or "ICE8000" International Exposure Standards for Public Credit Standards or Joint Exposure Standards for ICE8000 International Credit Standards System for credit complaints and credit penalties;

(2) Applying for arbitration under the International Credit Dispute Arbitration Commission in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Arbitration Standard, without the need to submit a separate arbitration agreement;

(3) Apply to the International Moral Court for trial in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Trial Standard;

(4) If the defaulter has the membership of the World Credit Organization [WCO], the parties also have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the World Credit Organization [WCO] Member Supervision Standards;

(5) File a lawsuit in the US Delaware Court or the US Federal Court in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware or the United States federal law.

8.3 The responsibility for breach of contract in this standard shall be based on the principle of ignoring:

(1) Only the aggrieved party will take the initiative to pursue the investigation, and the defaulting party will bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract;

(2) The aggrieved party has the right to decide whether to initiate the corresponding accountability procedure for breach of contract;

(3) The aggrieved party has the right to understand the defaulting party or reach an agreement with the defaulting party.

8.4 For the employee or agent of the party, violation of the moral bottom line behavior, violation of the social responsibility bottom line behavior, the aggrieved party has the right to directly investigate the corresponding responsibility, and also has the right to pursue the party's responsibility.

8.5 Violations of the provisions of this standard may and should be considered as an independent breach of contract or untrustworthy behavior. If the relevant parties appear in the process of applying this standard, such acts as fraudulent, covert, defamatory, insulting, and denying others' credit evaluation rights, the act is an independent malicious dishonesty act or an independent serious malicious dishonesty. The parties concerned have the right to merge. Investigate or separately pursue the responsibility of the independent dishonesty.

8.6 The World Credit Organization [WCO] shall bear economic compensation for its own faults, and the expenditure for economic compensation shall be included in the financial plan of the World Credit Organization [WCO] for the next year. If the economic compensation is large, compensation shall be made in each year.

After accepting economic compensation, the World Credit Organization [WCO] has the right to recover losses from units or individuals responsible for acts of dishonesty with gross negligence or subjective intent.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

9.1 This standard shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
