Chapter I General Provisions

3.1 The certificate owner's honorary title, its category and certification standards are as follows:

Chapter IV Original Documents and Their Credibility, Query, and Change

4.1 Original certificate refers to the copy of the ID card or equivalent certificate, business license or equivalent certificate submitted by the certificate owner when applying for integrity certification or changing the identity information of the credit card.

4.7 If the original certificate of the certificate owner changes, it is obliged to apply for a change to a qualified ICE8000 credit institution. If the certificate owner's contact information changes, it is obliged to take the initiative to make changes through the network. If the certificate owner fails to perform the above obligations, it is a breach of trust and shall bear the corresponding legal consequences.

If the legal representative indicated in the unit or regional certificate changes, the original legal representative is obliged to ensure the change of the information. If the obligation is not fulfilled, the unfulfilled reason is not submitted to the World Credit Organization [WCO] in time. The legal representative shall bear joint and several liability for the corresponding consequences.

Chapter V Validity Period of Certificate Form

5.1 The validity period of the certificate form means that the validity period of the certificate is formal and the certificate is dynamic. The certificate may be cancelled within the validity period of the form. For example, the certificate owner announces the withdrawal from the World Credit Organization [WCO], or the International Moral Court decides to cancel the membership of the certificate owner.

5.2 The validity period of the certificate form is the same as the expiration date of the membership fee. According to the relevant documents, if you do not need to pay membership fees, the form is valid for a long period of time.

5.3 Any newly issued certificate, if the certificate owner is a natural person, it must be signed by the person or its legal guardian before it becomes effective; if the certificate owner is the unit, it needs the signature of the legal representative or the actual controller or the official seal of the unit. Chapter VI Certificate Printing, Stamping, Verification

6.1 Certificates may be printed by the certificate owner or the World Credit Organization [WCO], and the validity of the two certificates is equivalent.

6.2 The certificate printed by the certificate owner does not need to be stamped with the official seal of the World Credit Organization [WCO]. The certificate owner is valid after signing and/or stamping the certificate.

The form requirement for signature and/or stamping is: if the certificate owner is personal, it shall be signed by the person himself; if the certificate owner is a unit or region, the official seal of the unit or region shall be affixed, and the legal representative or the actual controller shall sign.

6.3 The World Credit Organization [WCO] printed certificate, the certificate should have the World Credit Organization [WCO] official seal, steel seal, the president's signature. No signature or stamp of the certificate owner is required.

6.4 After obtaining the credit card submitted by the certificate owner, the relevant party shall check the authenticity of the phone through the network and the certificate owner to prevent the risk caused by the forgery or fraudulent use of the certificate.

6.5 No one may forge or fraudulently use a credit card. Otherwise, it shall bear the corresponding responsibility independently.

Chapter VII Liability for breach of contract and method of investigation

7.1 If the party violates the provisions of this standard, it shall bear the following liability for breach of contract:

(1) The corresponding legal liability, namely: the legal punishment prescribed by the relevant applicable law.

(2) Corresponding credit responsibility, that is, to bear credit punishments such as internal complaints, public complaints, credit warnings, internal exposure, public exposure, joint exposure, etc.

(3) The corresponding industry self-discipline responsibility, namely: announcement of criticism, fines, cancellation of credit card, prohibition of self-discipline and other disciplines.

(4) If the breach of contract causes losses (including material damage and mental damage) to others, it shall be liable for compensation. If the breach of contract constitutes a malicious dishonesty, it shall also make punitive damages to the infringed person in accordance with international practice and the principle of common law.

7.2 Method of investigation of breach of contract liability:

(1) According to the "ICS8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Public Complaint Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Credit Warning Standard" or "ICE8000 International Credit Standard System Internal Exposure Standard" or "ICE8000" International Exposure Standards for Public Credit Standards or Joint Exposure Standards for ICE8000 International Credit Standards System for credit complaints and credit penalties;

(2) Applying for arbitration under the International Credit Dispute Arbitration Commission in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Arbitration Standard, without the need to submit a separate arbitration agreement;

(3) Apply to the International Moral Court for trial in accordance with the ICE8000 International Credit Standards System International Credit Dispute Trial Standard;

(5) File a lawsuit in the US Delaware Court or the US Federal Court in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware or the United States federal law.

7.3 The responsibility for breach of contract in this standard shall be based on the principle of ignoring:

(1) Only the aggrieved party will take the initiative to pursue the investigation, and the defaulting party will bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract;

(2) The aggrieved party has the right to decide whether to initiate the corresponding accountability procedure for breach of contract;

(3) The aggrieved party has the right to understand the defaulting party or reach an agreement with the defaulting party.

7.4 For the employee or agent who participates in, performs, or assists the party to breach the contract, the aggrieved party has the right to pursue its corresponding responsibility unless it proves that it is not at fault.

7.5 Violations of the provisions of this standard may and should be considered as an independent breach of contract or untrustworthy behavior. If the relevant parties appear in the process of applying this standard, such acts as fraudulent, covert, defamatory, insulting, and denying others' credit evaluation rights, the act is an independent malicious dishonesty act or an independent serious malicious dishonesty. 7.6 The World Credit Organization [WCO] shall bear economic compensation for its own faults, and the expenditure for economic compensation shall be included in the financial plan of the World Credit Organization [WCO] for the next year. After accepting economic compensation, the World Credit Organization [WCO] has the right to recover losses from units or individuals responsible for acts of dishonesty with gross negligence or subjective intent.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

8.1 This standard shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
