Chapter 3 Integrity Management Degree Grant Conditions

3.1Conditions for conferring a bachelor’s degree:

(1) Obtain the qualification certificate of International Credit Manager [ICM] or International Certified Credit Accountant [ICCA];

(2) Good conduct, personal integrity level at AAA level;

(3) Pass the defense of the bachelor's thesis;

(4) Have more than 1,200 hours of work experience, including more than 400 hours of experience in public welfare work;

(5) Recognize the universal values of human beings.

3.2 Requirements for conferring a master’s degree:

(1) Hold the qualification certificate of International Credit Manager [ICM] or International Certified Credit Accountant [ICCA];

(2) Good conduct, personal integrity level at AAA level;

(3) Have obtained a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree for more than two years;

(4) Pass the defense of the master's thesis;

(5) Have more than 1,200 hours of work experience, including more than 400 hours of experience in public welfare work;

3.3Conditions for conferring doctoral degrees:

(1) Pass the International Credit Manager [ICM] or International Certified Credit Accountant [ICCA] qualification examination;

(3) Have obtained a master's degree for more than two years;

(4) The doctoral dissertation has passed the defense;

(5) Have more than 1,200 hours of work experience, including more than 400 hours of experience in public welfare work;

Chapter Five Integrity Management Degree Awarding Procedure

4.1Degree Granting Procedures:

(1) APPLICATION.

(2) Determine the instructor and the scope of the thesis topic. Generally, two papers are required to be written, one is about integrity management, and the other is about life design.

(3) After the dissertation is approved by the instructor, the Academic Degree Committee organizes experts to defend the dissertation. After the defense, the Academic Degree Committee decides whether to grant a degree by secret ballot. If the applicant or the relevant party is not satisfied with the voting result, he may file a lawsuit to the International Moral Court within seven days.

(4) File with the World Credit Organization [WCO].

(5) Hold a degree conferring ceremony and announce the list of degree recipients to the public.

Chapter 5 Cancellation of Integrity Management Degree

5.1 If there are reasons to show that the degree holder has malicious dishonesty or does not agree with the universal values, the degree committee shall cancel the degree according to the following procedures:

(1) The degree committee notifies the relevant parties to attend the hearing, and the relevant parties, including those who will be cancelled, refuse to attend the hearing, which will not affect the progress of the procedure;

(2) After hearing the opinions of both pros and cons in the hearing, the Academic Degrees Committee will vote by secret ballot whether to cancel the degree;

(3) Relevant parties can file a lawsuit with the International Moral Court within three months after receiving the voting result. If no lawsuit is filed, the vote will automatically take effect;

(4) The academic degree committee will announce the voting results to the public and file with the World Credit Organization [WCO].
