Introduction to Credit Standard Review and Protection
2.1 Credit Standard Review Procedure:
The first step is to apply. The applicant submits the content and introduction of the credit standard to the World Credit Organization (WCO), and guarantees that his standard does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, and at the same time attaches the terms of the oath of conscience and promises to abide by this standard.
In the second step, the World Credit Organization (WCO) organizes relevant credit experts or related personnel to form a review committee according to the content of the credit standard. The jury members make a commitment to conduct judging in accordance with the principles of fairness and impartiality, and at the same time attach the terms of the oath of conscience.
The third step, after the review committee reviews, writes the review report and makes the recommended grade at the same time.
In the fourth step, the World Credit Organization (WCO) publicizes the credit standards and review reports to the public. The publicity period is 60 days. People can evaluate the contents of the credit standards and review reports and believe that the credit standards infringe the intellectual property rights of others; Or anyone who believes that the review report is unfair or unscientific may raise an objection.
The fifth step, the World Credit Organization (WCO) investigates and discusses the content of the objection, then releases the review results and a formal review report, and issues a review certificate at the same time.
2.2The judging committee determines the recommendation level as follows:
(1) If the content of the standard is very scientific and complete, the recommended level is advanced;
(2) If the content of the standard is scientific and complete, the recommended level is intermediate;
(3) If the content of the standard has certain practical value, the recommendation level is general.
The credit standard for the first-time application review, unless it is obviously not of practical value, its recommendation level is general.
The credit standards that have passed the review can apply for an increase in the recommendation level based on more than one year of practical cases. The upgrade application procedure refers to the regulations in 2.1.
