3. If the annual membership fee is not paid in time before the annual fee expires, the membership will be automatically converted to an ordinary member after the annual fee expires, and no annual fee arrears will be incurred.

4. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. After members pay the annual fee, the annual fee will not be refunded for any reason. However, if the membership level is upgraded before the annual fee expires, the unused annual fee will be calculated on a daily basis and deducted from the upgraded annual membership fee.

5. If necessary, World Integrity Organization has the right to require members to provide identification and identity verification to avoid identity impersonation. Membership may be suspended until membership is verified.

ICE8000 Integrity Store Contract Terms

1. Definition of parties to the contract

1.1 Party A is: World Integrity Organization, the founder of ICE8000 Integrity Store.

1.2 Party B is: a customer of ICE8000 Integrity Store, the definition includes:

(1) Units or individuals who place orders to purchase goods or services in the ICE8000 Integrity Store may also be called; ICE8000 Integrity Store members.

(2) Authorize or entrust ICE8000 Integrity Store members to place orders to purchase goods or services in the ICE8000 Integrity Store.

1.3 Party C is: the actual provider of the goods and services of the ICE8000 Integrity Store, the definition includes:

(1) ICE8000 credit institution, also known as ICE8000 international credit institution or World Credit Organization [WCO] member credit institution, refers to the knowledge structure, work ability, and professional ethics that meet the requirements of the ICE8000 international credit standard system and have obtained the World Credit Organization [WCO] WCO] certification, various credit companies and other credit practitioners have the right and obligation to abide by the ICE8000 international credit standard system standards in credit evaluation and other credit practice work to prevent themselves from abusing their rights in credit evaluation or damaging the legitimate rights and interests of others. ICE8000 Credit Institution is a member unit of the World Credit Organization [WCO], and is not a branch, representative agency, agency, or affiliated institution of the World Credit Organization [WCO]. 1.4 Party Ding is: the recipient of ICE8000 practice documents and related documents, the definition includes:

(1) If the service purchased by Party B is debt collection, Party D can be the debtor;

(2) If the service purchased by Party B is an honest evaluation, Party D can be the appraisee;

(3) Other units or individuals who use the ICE8000 Integrity Store to receive ICE8000 practice documents and replies or objections.

2. Statement

2.1 By registering and using the ICE8000 Integrity Store, you are deemed to have signed and promised to abide by this contract.

2.2 By registering and using the ICE8000 Integrity Store, you are deemed to have fully understood this contract.

2.3 The ICE8000 international integrity standard related to goods or services is an integral part of this service or goods contract. For example, if a customer purchases a commercial debt collection service, the ICE8000 commercial debt collection standard will automatically become an integral part of this contract.

2.4 Various documents and attachments related to this contract are an integral part of this service or commodity contract, unless the recipient raises objections to the document within 7 days after receipt.

3. Party A’s responsibilities

3.1 Party A complies with the principle of good faith, the bottom line of moral conscience, and the bottom line of social responsibility to sign and execute this contract.

3.2 Based on the principle of being responsible to Party B, Party B will be assigned the actual provider of goods and services, namely Party C.

3.3 Actively supervise Party C to ensure that Party C complies with ICE8000 related standards.

3.4 Supervise Party B to ensure that Party B complies with this contract and its commitments.

3.5 If Party B requires Party C to be replaced, the request shall be implemented.

3.6 Responsible for providing invoices to Party B.

4. Party B’s responsibilities

4.1 Party B signs and implements this contract in compliance with the principle of good faith, the bottom line of moral conscience, and the bottom line of social responsibility.

4.2 Actively accept supervision from Party A to prove compliance with clause 4.1.

4.3 Make timely payments according to charging standards.

4.4 All payments made by Party B shall be made to the official account of the World Integrity Organization and shall not be paid to individuals or to Party C.

4.5 The prices of all goods and services in the Honest Store do not include tax, and Party B shall bear the corresponding taxes.

5. Party C’s responsibilities.

5.1 Party C signs and executes this contract in compliance with the principle of good faith, the bottom line of moral conscience, and the bottom line of social responsibility.

5.2 Actively accept supervision from Party A to prove compliance with clause 5.1.

5.3 Ensure that products and services comply with relevant standards and commitments.

6. Ding Fang’s responsibility.

6.1 Party Ding signs and executes this contract in compliance with the principle of good faith, the bottom line of moral conscience, and the bottom line of social responsibility.

6.2 Actively accept supervision from Party A to prove compliance with clause 6.1.

6.3 Respond proactively to receipt of ICE8000 practice documents and other related documents, and if there are any objections, raise objections in a timely manner.

7. Liability for breach of contract and breach of trust

7.1 Those who breach the contract shall bear the liability for breach of contract according to the ICE8000 standard.

7.2 Those who break their trust shall bear the responsibility for breach of trust in accordance with the ICE8000 standard.

7.3 Each party may specify liquidated damages in advance or specify liquidated damages or increase liquidated damages when the risk of default increases, and notify the other party. If the other party does not agree, the relevant work can be suspended or the service can be terminated with written notice until the liquidated damages clause is agreed upon.

8. Integrity evaluation and dispute resolution

8.1 If one party is satisfied with the work of other parties, it should praise it in accordance with ICE8000 standards.

8.2 If a party is dissatisfied with the work of other parties, it should make internal suggestions or complaints in accordance with ICE8000 standards.

8.3 Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.

8.4 If the parties have a dispute that cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation on their own, all parties are still obliged to remain calm and friendly.

8.5 If any dispute related to this contract cannot be properly resolved in the above manner, the dispute shall be submitted to the International Credit Disputes Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

9. Effectiveness and update of this contract

9.1 Once any unit or individual registers as a member of the ICE8000 Integrity Store or uses the ICE8000 Integrity Store, this contract will come into effect.

9.2 Once any unit or individual entrusts an ICE8000 Integrity Store member to purchase goods or services at the ICE8000 Integrity Store, this contract will come into effect for them.

9.3 Party A has the right to update this contract. This contract may be updated at any time to balance the legitimate rights and interests of all parties and respond to known risks. After this contract is updated, all parties shall immediately abide by the new version of the contract. Furthermore, Party A is not obligated to make special notifications, and all parties should pay attention to whether there are any updates.
